Matteo Bevilacqua is an Italian concert pianist and performer, which holds the position of artist-in-residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Belgium. Winner of over 30 international competitions, he performs worldwide and records for the Grand Piano and Naxos Records labels. His recordings have been reviewed by international magazines such as Gramophone and broadcasted on prestigious broadcasters such as Rai Radio 3.

He is the creator of MEZZOCIELO, a performative concert blending music and neuroscience, where the pianist “draws while playing.” Additionally, he is one of the founders of the Rime Mute project, an under-35 structure recognized by the Ministry of Culture, aiming to build “Innovative Classical Music.
